Common questions
Is the free trial really free?
Yes — no credit card is required to start. You get full access to your selected products for 30 days. We'll remind you before the trial ends.
What happens after the trial?
We'll contact you to set up billing. If you don't subscribe, your club will move to a read-only state so you never lose your data.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your app tier, or add/remove website hosting at any time from your dashboard.
What counts as a "user"?
Users are admin-side accounts: the club owner, delegates, and coaches. Players using the club app are not counted toward this limit.
I manage multiple clubs. Do I pay per club?
Yes — each club has its own subscription. This keeps billing predictable and ensures each club's data and access are cleanly separated.
How do coaches and delegates access MaiClub?
Coaches and delegates are invited from your dashboard. They don't need to go through this website — they receive an email with a link to set up their password.
